We are excited to announce the addition of 3 new Group Fitness classes to the timetable starting October 21.
AQUATIC PI-YO-CHI
A mix of Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi Aquatic moves are modified and combined to improve flexibility and enhance mobility in the warm water pool.
Duration: 30mins
Day/Time: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm
DEEP WATER CARDIO
Suspended water movements are conducted in the deep end of the 25m pool.
The use of hand buoys, body belts and noodles create support and resistance to work the whole body.
This will challenge core strength and stability by reducing impact and increasing coordination.
Duration: 30mins
Day/Time: Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00pm
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Mostly using your body weight, this form of strength training is simple and safe for anyone.
Functional training increases coordination, balance, posture and flexibility.
Where your muscles are working in their natural range.
Duration: 60mins
Day/Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00am
