Health Club
Our large, fully equipped and supervised Health Club offers a range of equipment to meet all fitness needs.

The Health Club offers an extensive range of equipment from industry leading brands Precor and Life Fitness.

We are also home to East Gippsland's only Queenax functional training system which provides an increased number of training options. This means you will be able to add some variety into your training program.

Ongoing programming and support are all part of our standard Health Club memberships.

If you're after a more personalised approach personal training sessions are available.

Greenedesk - helping you meet your goals

The use of our fitness program software 'Greenedesk' allows for a high-quality member to trainer engagement and retention. Book in with a qualified gym instructor for a health consultation where you will map out desired goals, exercise and medical history, movement screening.

From there an individualised gym program will be created and demonstrated to allow for assistance with technique and confidence using the equipment. Members also have access to regular program reviews and updates as often as needed to assist with motivation, progress and support.

Personal Training

Personal training is a fantastic way to fast track your health and fitness goals.

Having the full attention and support of a trainer in a timeslot that works for you will assist with technique and progression that guarantees you will see rapid improvement in no time.

An investment in yourself personal training will keep you accountable and motivated, it is truly for everyone from teenagers to adults regardless of fitness levels.

Teen Gym

A weekly designated gym floor time for the ages of 13-17 years, Teen Gym provides teenagers with the opportunity to get fit and live a healthy lifestyle in a fun social setting.

Supervised by a qualified gym instructor from 3.30pm - 5.30pm, Teen Gym is a fantastic opportunity for youths to learn the basics of resistance and cardiovascular training in a safe and controlled environment.

Note: If junior members would like to access the gym outside the above stated times, they must seek Team Leader approval. At the age of 16, junior members have the opportunity to upgrade their membership. See Junior Memberships for more information.
